IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship live plants using USPS ground service. We have changed our shipping day to Monday due to the shipping delays with COVID-19. Cutoff time is 3:00 pm EST on Sunday. Any orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the following Monday. The shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before you submit your order.

Customers local to Johnsonville,SC:

Place your orders online and schedule a pickup time!! Pickups times available Monday-Saturday… Orders to be picked up on Saturday must be placed before 11:00am on Friday to pick up by Saturday afternoon. Contact us directly to arrange pickup times via email or phone call/text.

Our Policy for Shipping Live Plants

Shipping live plant material takes teamwork. To reach our goal of satisfying you, our customer, we need your help!

  • Our Responsibility: We ship only high quality seedlings. Some stress due to shipping is normal and your seedlings will likely improve quickly in your Tower Garden.®

  • Your Responsibility: Open the box immediately and follow the enclosed care instructions. If seedlings do not arrive in a healthy condition, please notify us via email, with photos, within 5 calendar days of delivery. We must be notified within the 5 calendar day period to help you troubleshoot the issues. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged plants if we are not notified.

  • Replacement/Refund Policy: If you notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery, we will gladly replace or refund unhealthy or damaged seedlings. For 4 or more seedlings, we will ship replacements at no charge, or issue a refund for price of the seedling. For 3 seedlings or less, we will issue a refund for price of the seedling.
